      Pros

They do nice things to make you feel more like friends and family than employees ... breakfast ... ice cream ... PJ's to work on occasion and dress however you want. Pin pong always (although it gets annoying when you're on calls and people can hear the noise). The people are nice. You really care for your coworkers.

      Cons

Non-millennials with college degrees and prior experience beware. You're not paid what you're worth. Managers get hired with little to no experience ( what I've heard is it's a 'desperate hire' in times of business increase). Processes change every week. Scratch that - every other day. The people who make top-level decisions don't have the full picture of what goes into daily activities. It's because they hire managers who aren't qualified. It's not the execs fault that they don't get the full picture and make bad decisions based on bad managerial feedback. When your direct manager doesn't understand the daily process you do, how can execs get the full picture?

    Property Manager

As a leasing agent for two years, I then worked my way to assistant manager for t 11 months. Then, to a property manager position, nine months into my new role as manager, I was terminated, with no warning, completely unexpected. How do I explain this undeserving action and embarrassment in an upcoming interview without any risk in the decision-making of my employment with the company I am interested in? I hope I am relaying this in a way that is understood.
