Weatherford's products and services are as good as any other successful service company. The employees executing these services are the best in industry except Wireline services. Very friendly people to work with.

Micromanagement is the norm in this company where managers lack future vision. Poor management in every department.. Job promotions politically influenced. Buddy system prevails. Very passive HR group with no voice or the ability to guide.

Bad Pay Poor MANAGEMENT They try to copy big companies like Schlumberger and Halliburton but they are way behind in everything, at leas in Canada.

okay vacation policy, and had a decent salary. was a comfortable stress-free position.

Very poor management and judgment. kept around too many slackers for too long and only recently relieved them of their jobs. Didn't recognize the actual good workers and kept around the brown nosing slackers.

Travel coverage. Typical sales oriented, more sales more money your boss will be happier. Knowledge? No one cares.

Poor management. No smart people here, people are just copying and pasting the old stuffs and make them new again. Don't expect you will grow with the company. No encouragement for employees to further studying. Zero integrity.

Poor management Hard to get the tools you need Sales who?? They should be paid off strait commissions I’m not about milking the clock I like to work and work hard if the work is there. Losing customers hand over fists leads to bankruptcy 🤭🤷🏼‍♂️
