      Pros

Some great employees to work with that care about their job and performance. Salaries are reasonable. Relationship between branches is good for the most part. Great tech support

      Cons

Poor upper management. Mediocre benefits package. Incompetent sales team. All employees are just a number. You will never feel secure with your position or status within Wajax. Company does not care about keeping employees. High turnover of people.
