I worked at Waitrose & Partners part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Definitely get driver trained if you want to get out and about each day. The driving broke up the normal day with some fun excursions.

    Cons

Reversing is sometimes difficult, especially without sensors. Even if you are employed as a driver, you will also have to work on shop floor.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing
