The pro of working here is that they pay you. That is where the benefit ends. The health coverage pays for 3 therapy sessions, even if one of your clients dies.

Everyone quits or is fired within a year. It's rare for people to last more than six months. If you're sick or injured or experience trauma they will show absolutely zero empathy. Staff are expected to find coverage for their programs even if they are laying in a hospital bed. I hope this place gets shut down. It's corrupt from the inside out and it's laughable that they continue to get funding when worthwhile programs are being shut down.
