    Pros

Easy to get a job, onsite parking after 3 months

    Cons

Management and team leaders don't care about you, you have to be a robot speaking to abusers or stupid customer and has to be polite all the time.

I have been working at WDS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people you work with are great!! But the management team need serious help!! It's a joke how bad the place is

    Cons

The people you work for are a joke!!!!the management is terrible. Goal posts constantly moving. They'll string you along until your contract ends and then just drop you off and not renew it. They'll make promises and they'll be nice at the beginning but the team leaders don't know what they're doing. The deputy ops manager should be running the place because the boss is terrible. The place has two many managers and you can be told to do something by one manager and then be told off by another manager. It's ridiculous

    I worked at WDS

    Pros

You can work with great systems if you work for the Google contract.

    Cons

All the cons you can have in a call center. The team leaders are the worse. There are not possibilities to improve your career.

    I worked at WDS full-time

    Pros

Colleagues were all very pleasant as all in the same boat.

    Cons

Never new what you were doing from one minute to the next. Owned by a large company and they were forever changing the goal posts, stats, wanted to you to keep customers on hold even if not needed.Too many team leaders that did not either know or want to do anything.

I worked at WDS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good entry level job for experience and agents are friendly

    Cons

Where do I start! upper management worry about meeting their KPIs by using agent till they are burnt out. GM and Ops head of Australia have no sense of employee benefits and how to motivate them without burning them out. No salary incrementation. Pays the federal government approved low rate regardless of your experience and expertise. Team leaders and upper management are not on the same page. No end of year party. It's a shame they don't want to spent a couple of thousand dollars for a party whereas these agents are the reasons they make money. Talk about no sense of appreciation, WDS is a great example!

I have been working at WDS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Diversity of International culture, most of the people i work with are from all regions of Europe which was nice and refreshing. -HR is good

    Cons

-Bad team leaders, they have no clue what they doing. Not interested in feedback. - You treated like a robot, get your KPI or get fired. - If you fall sick, you will received a warning. 3 warning and you laid off. -Work cantina Food is awful, too much salt, too much fat unhealthy. I saw a lot of people who started working there gain a lot of weight throughout the months and some ending having health problems and leaving the company. -You forced to work on weekend Saturdays and Sundays. -There is absolutely no career progression in this company. -There is no wage increase or no Bonus, these have been removed totally. - Call center is packed, everyone is squashed in a hall that looks like an old factory. -Heavy pay cuts since they lost a lot of major contracts - A lot of people are getting laid off -Too much favoritism , - Working here there is no stability or security , you can get fired anytime. -The overall work environment is just negative

I worked at WDS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of young people from different countries working there so opportunity to make great new friends. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. If you're a call centre agent, both complexes have nice canteens though they are not subsidized. The Wallisdown complex has areas outside which are great to have lunch during summer. Good work/life balance Generally a good place to start if you need customer service experience.

    Cons

Management is often unaware of what is happening in the company and some team leaders can often seem incompetent. Pay isn't that great whether as a call centre agent or in administrative department. They have their own scheme for promotions but a limited amount of people can get them, though possible. Feedback from agents is mostly ignored.

I have been working at WDS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

International people. Few years ago it was a good place were to work, now it changed completely.

    Cons

Impossible to progress. Really bad management. Working on weekends. Even 9 days in a row before a day off. Bonus are almost finished as KPI suddenly dropped drastically . No communication between Company, Team Leaders and Agents. Almost 50 experienced agents left the company in the last three months management should seriously ask themselves why all this happening, but nobody seems to care. Few team leaders sounds also a bit racist.
