    I could pick my shifts. Met great people Had a great team.

    Only knew shifts a few days in advance

    Lots of opportunity to learn Not afraid of trying new tech VERY long time exposure to XP/Agile (2002) Great people

    Cons

    Free parking and Nespresso coffee were the ONLY staff benefits I can remember. Pay was fair for the area though.

    Many chances to learn new things if you can swim. Lots of great people to work with.

    Cons

    Benefits have steadily fallen behind other companies in the area. Overall company direction and performance is not clear due to lack of communication from business leaders.

    I have been working at WDS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Starting pay is great at $9 a hour, indoors, great people you meet with and work with so there is the times of when there is jokes to be had.

    Cons

    Yelling customers, to much worrying about your stats and always having to worry about pushing to keep a customer on the line and make them understand company policy
