    I worked at WDS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    competitive pay. at the time i was looking for a job WDS offered a very competitive pay compared to other call centers in the area.

    Cons

    Lack of leadership interest in success of others. The leadership (with the exception of few) showed very little to no interest in helping others in becoming successful

    Pros

    Very relaxed atmosphere overall. Good open door policy

    No significant cons for this company, job or the environment. You get what you put in to it.

    I worked at WDS

    Pros

    1- Enjoyed my Teams 2- Enjoyed original Supervisor team.

    Cons

    1- Lost 10% of salary in 1st year. 2- Never got !0% back in the next 13 months. 3- Conditions of facilities was very dirty. 4- Reps were jammed into building. 5- Could not trust management, at all.
