      You have tons of downtime to do what you want

      Cons

      They have a demerit system where if you call in sick, you get a demerit. You miss any time from work, you get a demerit. So they reward you with their perfect attendance program, and penalize you for when you actually need to stay home to recover. Management lets you sink and blames you for lack of results. I'd seriously avoid this place though the people on the floor who you are working with every day are a lot of fun and we crack a lot of jokes.

      - Some team members are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful - A few colleagues strive to improve systems and processes - Opportunities to learn from those who take initiative - Room to introduce systems and solutions - Gain hands-on experience navigating ambiguity - Exposure to multiple departments and fast workflows

      - Frequent changes in management causing confusion - Poor top-down communication - Lack of standard operating procedures for some roles - Had to create own workflows just to keep up - Some coworkers resistant to collaboration or feedback - High pressure with little support or recognition - Many employees quit after short periods - Often felt isolated in solving team-level problems
