THANK YOU for your review! This is Susie Hall, president of Vitamin T, and I completely agree with you that we can do a better job of involving our agents and sales teams in strategy, which (as I hope you are experiencing!) we are working hard to do. With a large team it's sometimes hard to make sure everyone is included, but it's so important. I'm thankful you love our culture and appreciate your help to make us better :) If you have specific ideas, you can find me at shall@vitamintalent.com or 323 475 7374. Thanks again!

    I worked at Vitamin T full-time

    Pros

They are a good tool as a link with other companies in the field. They know people in most of every company in the design industry.

    Cons

Lack of professionalism in some of the staff members. Many times they told me they had a job for me, but one day before they cancelled. Also, all the contracts they had for me were for a few days only.

I worked at Vitamin T full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Such a fun, rewarding company to work for. Great training program in place when I started. Had an amazing mentor! Great clients, super talented candidate pool. Relaxed environment, didn't feel like I was micromanaged.

    Cons

We had remote leadership, so that was a disconnect at times.

I worked at Vitamin T full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - You’re supplied with a MacBook - Work/life balance is pretty good - Unlimited PTO - Colleagues who are collaborative - 401k matching - Great for recruiters just starting

    Cons

    - Commission structure is a joke. You get quarterly bonuses that don’t amount to much even if you’re a top performer - Power hungry young managers who play favorites and make it apparent for who gets which orders/best clients - Extremely high metrics focused on FTEs vs. GP, which at the end of the day doesn’t make sense in terms of overall profit - Unlimited PTO is abused by many and the team favorites usually are able to take more than anyone else without getting shamed - Pre-COVID work from home was rarely allowed, but again favorites were granted days they could work from home, but no one else on the same team (despite good/high performance) - No formal exit interview (how?!)
