Some sense of satisfaction in providing public transportation to those who have no other alternative.
Cons
Horrible middle management; most seem totally incompetent. Company wastes money on undertaking additional transportation projects when current projects are woefully understaffed and equipment is outdated and in terrible shape.

There is a great group of people at Virginia Regional Transit. Even when things get stressful, they still try to enjoy themselves and have a good time.
