Phenomenal Vision and Values. It's a fun place to work. People actually smile and high five each other. There is an attitude and mentality that no one person is more or less important than another. They value ideas from anywhere, and don't limit people because they may not have experience or be in a leadership position. Definitely not a number here, you're a person. Good advancement opportunities, great review/one on one process, and an investment in each individual.

Communication is sometimes not clear, and many peopen wear many hats. It's a small company, so that is all understood.
