Hands down the best company I've worked for in a long time. The PS team are incredibly supportive and helpful. You don't have to know all the answers, you learn as go and more importantly, you are given a safe space to do so., without fear or termination or negative performance review. Vena offers true work life balance and the leadership and management teams truly do everything they can to support you no matter what you are going through. The nicest people I've met in a long time, from the C-level all through the company. The work is exciting and challenging and Vena's customers are super fun, and very engaging. You really do partner with your clients at Vena.
Cons
No Con's in the true sense of the word - You work hard at Vena, you are challenged, you grow on a daily basis, you learn new things, your boundaries are pushed. These qualities are what you look for in a company, truly nothing negative about this company, if you want to succeed you will here!

- Comps can be higher - Growing company so there are a lot of grey areas with unclear processes - Bonus based on time-to-value and net recurring revenue, which can be out of your control
