We are sorry to hear that you felt a deterioration in work-life balance. Yes, utilization is a standard and important metric in any professional services operations. It allows for proper planning of resources based on expected hours and helps to ensure work is equally distributed across the team. However, we place far greater value and importance on our Customer Satisfaction metric. Please know that our utilization metrics account for Venanite time off, time for internal initiatives and meetings. All of this said, we continually monitor utilization achievement and are always prepared to make adjustments as necessary.
