    Too much office politics and drama , which appears to be common for health authorities (PHSA, VCH, Fraser Health). Public sector things

    I am a new employee of VCH. The hire recruiting staff is very professional and all my questions were answered fast. My work team is friendly and helpful. I feel welcome and I am excited that I can be part of VCH team.

    I have been working at Vancouver Coastal Health part-time

    Pros

    I was just hired for Clerical Support, At VCH! The staff have been amazing, I dont know if I can use their names, but seriously, the training (remotely) has been very clear. The recruitment team, the hr team, the educators, the leads, the manager and staff, have been very welcoming and very kind. I am comfortable.

    Was recently hired to work for VCH and worked closely with the recruitment team to get everything set up--they were all very friendly and accommodating. Overall, great communication. Made the transition between jobs a lot easier.

    I have had a great experience with VCH thus far. The hiring process was easily facilitated and management is quick to respond to inquiries. I highly recommend VCH.

    Offers so many opportunities in specialty education and growth as a healthcare professional. Recruiters are very efficient in the application process. They are fast in responding through phone or emails. I’m glad to be part of VCH.
