    Need more locker space for clothing and personal effects since we can't wear clothes or footwear we arrived to work in due to Covid.

    Pros

    This is really dependent on your unit - I had wonderful colleagues that made going to work much happier. Good work life balance, vacation, health benefits.

    Cons

    Seniority based and not performance based. It's a union so that's kind of expected.
