Coworkers were nice. Store discount was amazing. Also get a hefty discount at sister companies like Anthro and Free People. My last management team was pretty accommodating and nice too.
Cons
Even with the discount, most things were unaffordable for the wage you're getting. Management experienced a lot of pressure and stress from higher ups and that made the work environment for everyone toxic and exhausting. Cleanup for bigger stores with lower staffs is an actual nightmare. Because most associates are younger, they don't standardize, clean, or aren't very productive, and if you're a good employee all of their left over work is given to you. High turnover rates in management (I went through 3 large management switches in just 3 years).
