    Pros

    People are great, environment is great, Glasgow is a great city to work in. Would work there again.

    Cons

    Some resources seem outdated or limited. Getting around campus can be difficult for those with physical disabilities.

    Pros

    A lot of interesting colleagues, who work had but also know how to have fun!
    Great initiatives to commercialise research, a lot of help with finding funding.
    Good links to industry

    Cons

    As all Universities things move a bit slowly, but I guess that's their nature!
