I have been working at University of Missouri part-time

    Pros

Good Experience in developing my own personal work. Important for developing individual skills. Able to work with my schedule.

    Cons

The workspace is cramped and funding for projects and salary is a difficult task. Other labs might work out better. Extra time is needed outside of working hours.

    Advice to Management

Creating an inclusive environment was good for this lab. Bringing in too many undergraduate students has limited funding and project advancement.
