    They always had the students in mind

    Cons

    Disorganized, and a little listless at times. Could do with some stability.

    Advice to Management

    Don't merge a ton of different departments, and fire someone five days from retirement.

    The university has had cutbacks the last few years so the raises haven't been as good as they were
