    Discount on book store merchandise, flexibility with hours depending on your class schedule

    Cons

    Often exploited, asked to go above and beyond for very little pay

    Advice to Management

    Be mindful that teaching assistants are students too – not only are they balancing work and a full-time class schedule, it is difficult to grade or rate peers without suffering backlash

    I have both my master and bachelor degree in industrial designer. during my studies I was interested in increasing the customer satisfaction and the way user interact with product.

    Cons

    It is a short time job, so it wont let me to learn as much as I need.
