I worked at University of Cambridge full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very good research experience. The research facilities here are top-notched and collaborative learning environment. Highly recommended for some one who would like to receive high quality training.

    Cons

Not much to add here but do realise you have to be independent most of the time. Better to track your progress and consult with your supervisor.

I have been working at University of Cambridge full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent teaching and facilities, along with a host of extracurricular opportunities.

    Cons

Heavy workload and little down time, making it difficult to take advantage of all the opportunities available.

    Advice to Management

There is a noticeable increase in difficulty with each passing year in terms of the material each successive generation of students is expected to learn. It would be nice to see an effort to remove older, more redundant content and replace it with new content rather than simply adding content each year.
