    The benefits are great and wages are decent taking into consideration no previous experience is needed or a college degree

    Cons

    Depending on the station, work conditions can be pretty rough.

    The job itself was a blast for an aviation fan. The work was tough but I am young and fit so I had no issues.

    Lots of older folks working that slowed down the job and pace.
