    I worked at Unilever full-time

    Pros

Excellent benefits package that is difficult to rival. Flexible work schedule. Supportive colleagues and fantastic office spaces.

    Cons

Job roles are very “siloed,” meaning, each person has a very specific job title. They do not do additional job duties—other job duties belong to someone entirely different. It isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just something to keep in mind. You will get to know a lot of people within the company as a result. If you don’t have a bachelor’s degree or higher, it will be very difficult to advance within and stay in the company. Opportunity to advance or move around within Unilever can be very difficult unless you decide to relocate to their main office in New Jersey.
