    Cons

No cons. Only boundaries to bend.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you’re doing. Continue to listen to the retail stores and what they have to say. The improvements that you’ve made in the last six months are gaining traction and WE WILL keep getting better.

I worked at Under Armour full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great staff that works hard! Great product. Customers are great. Never run out of product to sell. Great partners outside of retail sector. Opportunity to build relationships with team and customers. Very diverse clientele and team. Discount and benefits are good.

    Cons

Senior leadership unprofessional at times. Retail leadership team micro-managed. Continuously proving yourself to new directors and managers. High turnover ratio for senior leadership. Communication from corporate partners to retail team is very inconsistent. Direction of senior leadership. Code of ethics.

    Advice to Management

Ethics, confidentiality and communication to retail teams need to be supported by executive corporate teams. Must have better communication, bridging the gap of differences. Change is great, but need to have consistent message and structure in all retail stores. Push for National Consistent Execution.

    Pros

Team environment and great product! All employees (including those higher up and at corporate) are very laid back and personable.

    Cons

Early mornings, late nights, long hours, holidays and weekends are required. Under Armour asks a lot more of you than what can be delivered. Very face-paced environment. The operations are very inconsistent and unorganized.

I have been working at Under Armour full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Discount, benefits, stock options are nice.

    Cons

Poor attention to individual needs of stores. Staffing standards have declined steadily over the past 5 years. Poor support from upper management.

    Advice to Management

Under Armour cut a lot of stores by a manager this year. This is really hurting those remaining in management positions. Already I've seen increased turnover at all levels of retail. Bad call.
