    Pros

    - Best culture of any company I've ever worked at. Employee happiness and satisfaction is always a priority, and improved constantly on across all teams. - Excellent vacation/benefits. - Constant opportunity to have your say (that will actually be valued). - Transparency from the top down; not just talk! - Very smart people all throughout the company, tons of learning opportunities. - Everyone you see in the office is cheerful and upbeat; you can always find a friend for lunch.

    Cons

The company is growing quickly and as they go from startup to medium-sized, they don't yet have the infrastructure for how to grow your career within the company. That being said, it's a priority for management to outline all of this, and managers actively work with you to help you continue to grow in the meantime.
