Negative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at U.S. Steel Canada full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
Had good benefits and pay when company was doing well. Was a steady job when company wasn't worrying about layoffs. Some departments/managers were amazing and led great teams, other departments were led by managers that hated change and held people back.
Cons
No communication from the top down. Too many managers not enough people doing the jobs. Salary employees felt under appreciated. The company was shutting down production near the end.
