    Pros

    Very flexible schedule will allow time off for family. Family comes first. Great team culture. An environment that encourages personal and professional development.

    Cons

    Not a lot of room for growth. May have to switch teams to advance.

    Cons

    Software support is taxing and clients can be rude when they don't get what they want. They take it out on support.
