    Pros

    It's amazing to have such a supportive atmosphere, with a rapidly growing company even though Covid is forcing everyone to work remotely. The systems have been thought through and make sense. Employee expectations are high, but reasonable and built with facts and resources in mind. the alignment between employees, the company and customers seems to be amazingly solid.

    Cons

    I haven't seen anything that makes me worry.

    - Great technology / continuously innovating - Company gives back and is quite philanthropic

    Cons

    - Working 10 - 12 hours a day is normal - Favoritism goes into promotions / performance reviews
