    Pros

You get to work on your own projects, good place to start a career and develop your skills. RRSP matching, drug and dental benefit

    Cons

Overtime is not paid, over 40hours work week. Unpaid 1 hour lunch. Lots of work within tight deadline. Effort not appreciated. Management team- talkers not doers, staff survey just for optics, they don't work on feedback. Pay is monthly.

I have been working at Turner and Townsend full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I have genuinely had a lot of fun working for the business. Management do not take themselves too seriously and it makes the working environment enjoyable and relaxed. I've had the opportunity to work in a number of different offices and this culture and ethos is visible in all of the ones I've visited or worked in. Since joining the organization, my career has grown and my hard work has been recognized. I can actually see my career path and it's openly talked about in my career discussions. None of this is handed to people on a plate but there are clear objectives and models of the types of behaviours at each level.

    Cons

It can be a bit political at times but this is to be expected of a company of it's size.
