I have been working at Tulloch Engineering full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Excellent flexibility on schedule, good benefits and possibilities for advancement. Senior management is always available and will listen to concerns or suggestions, not brush them under the table.

    Cons

Nothing really negative to say - but required to enter a few words here....

I have been working at Tulloch Engineering full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Tulloch has a distinct team-based culture which I love. Employees collaborate on all levels with everyone pitching in when needed. I also love the fact that employees are empowered to accommodate their family lives. Tulloch has allowed me to embrace a flexible work arrangement in step with my families needs which has been incredibly important to me. I could go on ... In essence, I'm not surprised that Tulloch was voted as one of the Five Best Places to Work in Northern Ontario (by NOB magazine) earlier this year! It's a great place to be.

    Cons

One area of improvement which Tulloch is paying close attention to is interdepartmental communication. It's a common challenge for organizations and its nice to see management committed to taking efficiencies to the next level.

    Advice to Management

Not so much advice. Rather a thank you! My hope is to work at Tulloch for many years to come.

I have been working at Tulloch Engineering full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of opportunity to participate in a diverse areas of engineering, geomatics, mapping and contract administration.

    Cons

    Very few at this point.

    Advice to Management

Keep growing to your strengths. Organic sustainable growth rather than big steps is going to be more sustainable and less of a roller coaster for employees.

I have been working at Tulloch Engineering full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Tulloch is a young company that promotes entrepreneurship. It a great to be a part of a company that has a vision for growth and expansion. Tulloch puts its employees first which positively impacts the satisfaction of our clients.

    Cons

Not sure if this is a con. Working in a small company you help manage everything yourself from admin, HR, field work to reporting. I personally enjoy this aspect as you get to see the company grow from all divisions of the company.

Looking forward to the full implementation of the company's new performance review process.

I have been working at Tulloch Engineering (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Tulloch is a place where I feel my work is valued. I'm given projects and tasks and the autonomy to work on them. I'm not micro managed, but my supervisor is there to support me when I need it.

    Cons

It's a flexible work environment, which is great, but can also mean a lot of hours.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in the employees - their training and skills - it's good to work somewhere where you know management wants you to succeed.
