Pros

I really enjoy having the opportunity to travel and see new places for work, its nice to have a change of scenery every so often. Its also super nice that we get a wfh day once a week. Management is also fantastic.

Cons

none, I love my job here. A lot is asked of you but I think it builds you both professionally and personally and if you want the opportunity to learn and grow your skills I think this is a great place to do that.

Pros

Great place to work if you are motivated, enjoy traveling, and like building relationships. Success in this role truly reflects the effort you put in, and hard work is recognized and rewarded. The position offers exciting travel opportunities across the United States and occasionally internationally, which keeps the work dynamic and engaging. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, with colleagues who are always willing to help. It is an environment where you can grow professionally while also building meaningful, long lasting friendships. It is a fast paced role, but for the right person, that makes it both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

Cons

Very fast paced environment which can be challenging for the wrong people.

Pros

The pay is the only thing that saves this place but it’s not even that great

Cons

TubeWriter promotes itself as a high-growth, opportunity-rich environment. In reality, that growth often comes at the expense of structure, clarity, and sustainability. Expectations are high and consistently expanding, yet processes remain reactive and underdeveloped. Employees are frequently asked to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, resources, or strategic direction. What’s framed as “ownership” can often feel like being left to manage systemic gaps. Leadership emphasizes performance and revenue, but alignment and long-term planning can feel secondary to short-term problem solving. Communication is inconsistent, and priorities shift quickly, creating an environment where teams are constantly firefighting rather than operating proactively.
