      Young company in many ways

      Pros

      -Work life balance, work can be completed within the work day/workweek. -Free snacks and drinks in the pantry. -If you put in the effort, you can outgrow your current role. -Company lunches even during tough times of Covid 19 and having to work from home.

      Cons

      -Nothing is done to people that abuse the lateness policy. -Could be more transparent with the staff when things are not rosy.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We have always appreciated the fact that our staff are able to have a work-life balance and spend quality time with their families and perform in their roles. We have a lateness policy and staff with punctuality issues in the past have been dealt with privately and with their Supervisors if they show no improvement. With the Covid-19 pandemic affecting the way most businesses operate, we have implemented weekly CEO updates to resolve the gap between Management and staff and also to be more transparent on the progress of the company’s health.       Pros

      -Love the company culture and colleagues because of the young and vibrant team. :) -Relatively flat and open hierarchy so there are opportunities to share your ideas and execute campaigns. -Most managers are supportive and friendly to work with. -Casual work attire and work life balance

      Cons

      -Career development can be clearer and more structured. -When issues are repeatedly raised by employees, it may sometimes feel like the management doesn’t care or is not doing much about it because of the lack of communication. Be more open about action taken to resolve employee disagreements so that employees know that they are being heard.
