      Pros

      No pros, the ceo is very much abusive and arrogant and also fake. Unrealistic expectations.

      Cons

      1: 6 day working 2: Fake appraisal promise 3: no work life balance 4: they will call you anytime 5: Full of non technical people who just eat away your brain if you are an engineer. 6: product managers dont understand the difference between java and javascript, this is their level.

      Great people on leadership team.

      Cons

      Unethical practices. They hired 15 people and fired 6 on day 2. They are playing with people career. I saw people crying as they had resigned from their company to join. Some of them were promised offer letter once they come to office. They didn't even got offer letter to prove this.
