I have been working at Trillium Health Partners full-time

    Pros

    Good benefits and average compensation

    Cons

Favouritism is a high in this particular department. Much of the staff don't receive mentorship, coaching, or encouragement from senior staff. Much of the failures that occur are due to the lack of vision, inability to motivate staff, and communicate appropriately. Honest dialogue is rare. Employees don't feel support to function effectively. One particular individual continuously makes racist, homophobic,... and sexist remarks. Approaching HR is not an option due to the lack of trust and confidentiality.

I worked at Trillium Health Partners full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Location was close to home Tuition assistance program Good benefit programs for full time employees Compensation is competing with like employers

    Cons

CEO is scary to work for and causes a lot of work stress that is felt throughout the organization ; scary to see how she treats her executive team behind the scenes HR is a mess with no sense of cohesion among the group Lots of travel required and wasted time The credit valley site looks very run down which is ashamed because it used to be the Hilton of hospitals in Mississauga when there was better leadership

    Advice to Management

Make sure the right people are in front line e management roles and invest in support for these leaders as they are the pipeline of support for the majority of your staff Employees quit bosses not jobs.... Remember that
