I have been working at Trillium Health Partners part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Positive learning environment for new graduates and students - Cooperative team of nurses and physicians that communicate well - Excellent resources to supportive family-centered care (e.g . SW, PCC, clinical leaders, managers etc.)

    Cons

    - There will always be workplace politics as Credit Valley Hospital is non-union nursing staff, and Mississauga Hospital and Queensway Health Centre are unionized

I worked at Trillium Health Partners full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Location was close to home Tuition assistance program Good benefit programs for full time employees Compensation is competing with like employers

    Cons

CEO is scary to work for and causes a lot of work stress that is felt throughout the organization ; scary to see how she treats her executive team behind the scenes HR is a mess with no sense of cohesion among the group Lots of travel required and wasted time The credit valley site looks very run down which is ashamed because it used to be the Hilton of hospitals in Mississauga when there was better leadership
