    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Trillium Health Partners Foundation part-time for more than a year

    Pros

A good place to learn new skills and the organization pays fair.

    Cons

Hemodialysis dept is very toxic. All staff smile and speak to each other however there is a sharpe underline racial divide within the Hemodialysis dept. The tenure nurses Are very rude and abusive to newer staffs. There is excess gossiping about other staff in a negative manner. It is a good environment for learning and acquiring skills but the toxicity of the environment out weight the benefits. If you do get employment in hemodialysis at CVH gather your skills and get out ASAP just transfer to another dept within the organization. Last thing to note, RN’s are not Unionized at CVH but are unionized at other TPH Sites. Also good to Note is hemodialysis is small so if you have a bad experience at THP you are basically doomed to get into another Hemodialysis elsewhere.
