      Benefits are ok that’s about all.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours. Corporate has no respect for store level managers. Outdated systems, no support, no real training systems in place. RVP’s come through your store and tear you apart with no positive feed back. Corporate changes the rules daily. More and more stuff gets dumped on your already full plate. They hire managers with no clue how to run a restaurant and then don’t train them right. Quality employees are few and far between. You literally work yourself to death and they still expect more. It’s like career suicide. Guests can be absolutely disgusting they don’t bathe and smell of urine.

      Fun safe work environment, pay is good if work is available and scheduled properly.

      Work is not scheduled properly, unrealistic wait times given to drivers, long hours, dangerous road service

      Pros

      Flexible hours, some advancement opportunities if willing to move. Very fast paced with the ability to get support when you struggle. They don't feed you to the wolves (customers).

      Cons

      Long hours, mandatory overtime, customers are extremely hostile, home office is extremely out of touch, computer systems very dated.
