      Cons

Not enough business for 3 TSAs. Management, morale, pay.. training.. lack of communiCation. Slow turn around on units. The TA employees that send work orders back mess up techs and TSA commission

      Pros

It's a fine job. You have to be at least adequate at customer service to make it but it isn't difficult.

      Cons

The customers are the worst part of the job. Also working every single holiday. Even Christmas.

      Thankless bosses

      Pros

I learned how to do everything here, fix everything, and did 5 peoples jobs at the price of 1!

      Cons

I was a cashier. Most other employees spent their time on their phones, including maintenance, so I spent my days running around fixing pumps, cleaning showers, fixing printers, calling to request more checks for drivers, fixing the transflo, and anything thing else that needed to be done. I also had to do audits on other cashiers, I was not a lead or manager. I was called into work so often I rarely slept, often worked 16+ hr days. Then got complained at by my boss for having to much overtime... new hires were coming in making more than I was. After about 4 years, that was enough. It's a thankless job with no opportunities unless you make drinking buddies with those higher up. No thank you.
