Salary is not great, staff is overworked, several clients are added to the team (bear in mind that some teams have huge clients). Too many requests at the same time, too little people to prep them. No support from management, some PMs are also arrogants and treat people in the way they see fit and they don’t care. If you want to take your break, your colleague is going to probably tell you to grab food and eat at your desk while working. High stress environment, not worth your mental health.

- Terrible upper management (specially in the Insurances department) - In my experience, the manager only delegated, never supported. - Not enough training. - You will be asked to work on weekends. - No positive re-inforcement. - Micromanagement at its greatest.
