    Pros

    -Decent wage for uneducated work -Lots of OT -Nice OT standard (dbl time, time and half)

    Cons

    -Mandatory work weekends and OT -Work is extremely monotonous -Impossible to reach any opportunities due to stagnated senior workers -Poor management (see above) -A lot of GLs are scapegoat artists and will attempt to pin things on workers before investigating

    Management is quite scattered and there are multiple "flavour of the day" priorities that pull you in many directions. Systemic preferential treatment of a select few individuals
