Low wages. Capped at 35 hrs per week. No paid time off. Substandard equipment. Internet & phone failure on a regular basis. Employees are sent home, no compensation. 2-3 week lay-off at Christmas they will not tell you about in your interview. Again no comp during the lay off. No Christmas bonuses. Owner is verbally abusive, profanity, name calling, insulting remarks. Will inform you if he thinks your footwear makes your thighs look to heavy. Lots of sexist remarks and slurs. Hostile work environment. Limited support with customers. Employees are left to make excuses, and try to fix problems beyond their control. Sales staff given information to pass on to pharmacies, that turned out to be very misleading. Staff was told, it was none of their business and not to disclose. Building in poor state of repair. No Hot water, vermin, & falling ceiling tiles.
