I worked at Toronto Pearson full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good benefit package, work life balance

    Cons

People are promoted based on relationship not merit. Lots of politics. If you were ever treated unfairly, the only choice for you is to leave.

    Advice to Management

Walk the talk, it is not about fancy screens or well written slogans. People value actions not words. Replace the people on the leaders' position with real leaders.

I have been working at Toronto Pearson full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, I feel valued and supported by management. Lots of opportunity for growth and training. It’s also an exciting place to work.

    Cons

The location is not the best but the salary and benefits package make up for this. Some of the office spaces / cubicles are very old and need to be updated.

    Advice to Management

I love working here. The only suggestion I have is to add more level 2 EV charging stations for employees.

I worked at Toronto Pearson full-time

    Pros

No Pros at all. And, if you read a good review it will be from a manager ofcourse because they get well paid and they only care about their bonus.

    Cons

Dog eat dog environment, no integrity, termination without notice, try to join a union if you can but it’s not guaranteed that they will not fire you. Run away if you are not a manager, they will just suck your blood and don’t pay you overtime

    Advice to Management

1-Try to work except of because being lazy and just giving orders 2-Hire experienced managers 3- stop giving promises that you can’t fulfill
