I have been working at Toronto Pearson full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Most employees want to do a good job

    Cons

Senior Management and processes make it impossible for anything meaningful to get done. Costs on the rise as a result of autocratic and top heavy processes. Too many senior managers without the required technical knowledge. Management just does whatever the CEO wants. Input to improve not welcome.

I worked at Toronto Pearson full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very easy to get hired because the turn over rate is so high.

    Cons

TBH management is absolutely criminal, it is disgusting and shameful that this is being tolerated at Toronto Pearson airport. Employees are over worked and under paid, please to anyone looking for employment please let me spare you the frustration and anger to tell you that people are constantly quitting because there pay is not aligned with hours worked. Also, it has come to attention that TBH is demanding former employees RAICs (access card) and instead of returning to the pass/permit office it is being held and those former employees are then receiving fines and charges because it hasn’t been returned. More than one employee has seen a plastic bag filled of RAICs in terminal 1 tbh office. EXPOSE TBH!!! the culprits are known expose them and there arrogant constant wrong doing to hard working men and women trying to make ends meet. What a shame.

I have been working at Toronto Pearson full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, I feel valued and supported by management. Lots of opportunity for growth and training. It’s also an exciting place to work.

    Cons

The location is not the best but the salary and benefits package make up for this. Some of the office spaces / cubicles are very old and need to be updated.
