I worked at Toronto Hydro for less than a year

    Pros

Opportunity to work with industry experts Passionate and dedicated business leaders Competitive salary and benefits

    Cons

The sheer volume and magnitude of the time sensitive mandatory online and on site training commitments often meant working deep into the night on a regular daily and Weekly basis including weekends. The training structure was such that if an individual fell behind on their training obligations the whole Division would be penalized through the performance measurement dashboards that were in place As a result many people became sleep deprived with difficulties in achieving work life balance.
