I have been working at Toronto Hydro for less than a year

    Pros

Great work environment. Great opportunity to learn and grow as an intern. Very nice and knowledgeable co-workers. Amazing place to gain experience in the power industry. Great hours

    Cons

Pay is not competitive and makes it difficult to live in Toronto off of the pay. Little to no benefits as a student. Can get stuck in a role sometimes and not be able to explore options as a student depending on the team you join.
