      Incredible colleagues and lots of freedom to develop courses the way you want to.

      Cons

      The lack of funding in adult education means classes of 50-55 students, no pair prep, and no benefits.

      Good hourly rate, easy to access transit wise

      Cons

      No benefits, over crowded classrooms, unbalanced wages (new teachers struggle for 5 years to get livable wage)

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Can choose to work full days or half days. Can choose preferable locations to work in/ Learn about best and worst case scenarios of public education. Can acquire new useful techniques and strategies of working with young children. Every day is an adventure.

      Cons

      Little chance of advancing to permanent position. Absence of co-workers unity. No job security (if unable to work will be taken of the list and will need to reapply all over, if want to get back in the system). No sick days pay. No benefits.

      Has a variety of ethinic backgrounds and great job for someone who has small children

      Cons

      No advancement for a lunch supervisor. No benefits at all.
