- meet great people - the environment is amazing! - tickets
Cons
The store is the modern version of a slave shop. Long hours, little to no breaks. Terrible management team who only see dollar signs and treat you like you're worthless. Think of this as a giant hierarchy in where you are the bottom feeder! If you like to be treated like garbage, look no further.

Amazing job if not for management...
Apr. 1, 2014 - Merchandising and Sales Associate in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
If you love baseball the Jays Shop is good in that aspect, you get free tickets and the energy at each game is amazing. I also met some great people and working in the area and interacting with the tourists is very exciting.
Cons
The management. The woman in charge has been doing the job for a very long time and is stuck in her ways. There is a clear divide between managers and associates and no remedy to bridge this gap. They do not employ positive reinforcement nor do they empower their employees in any way. There is extreme favouritism and no room for advancement within this company. The people in charge are not natural leaders and it shows. The manager is not approachable and takes every interaction personally. If you have a thick skin and don't mind being talked to like you have the mental capacity of a four year old child then this is the place for you.
