Toxic Work Culture and Favouritism Throughout Org

      Pros

Great Rogers Benefits , free tickets and middle staff are great people.

      Cons

      1. Terrible senior leadership who are extreme micromanagers and give zero autonomy or trust to their team members. 2. Dismiss employee's natural desire to grow and develop. Leadership treats employees with "you're lucky to be here" mentality. Nepotism throughout the organization. Zero effort to even hide favouritism. 3. Leaders say they want collaboration, but squash everyone's ideas and push for teams to execute EVP's ideas. 4. You are looked down if you have a life outside of baseball. HUGE turnover for such a small team.
