Pros

Low impact work. Easy work.

Cons

First day of training, the person who was supposed to be working with me didn’t come in. She hadn’t even been told I was coming. Her later “training” mostly consisted of yelling at me and using foul language in front of the house’s residents. Next day, two co workers got into a yelling fight that spilled into the front yard. …when I informed management, THEY LAUGHED about it. I never went back. What a horrible place.

Pros

Members. Youre there for the members. Most of the members have no family. Thats literally the only positive thing about the company

Cons

The pay. The management.. They will change your schedule and not tell you until you show up for your shift. Without going into detail, just dont. There are plenty of other group homes hiring that will treat you better and value your time than this company. I cant even make a livable wage. Its sad seeing the management living a good lives, making good money while the hard workers barely get by.
