Pros
They make you feel like you're part of the team. There's a positive environment full of fun people to convince you it will be a great place to work.
Cons
They use the word "entrepreneurial" to justify making you spend your own money driving around knocking door to door to sell people stuff they can get on their own online. If you quit they then drag out paying the money they owe you and get used to people going in and out. When i was there the office was 8 years old with the longest employee being there for a year. TURNOVER, they prey on recent grads.
