    Excellent opportunities for staff. Lovely work environment.

    Unfortunately, Thomas Cook went out of business on the 23rd Sept 2019.

    Great people Great values, really had the customer at the heart Free milk! Comfortable working environment Great products Good career opportunities if you're prepared to work hard

    Micro-management at all levels Poor decision making Some management just not approachable Projects never finished - easily brick-walled by others Poor IT systems Little, sometimes no transparency

    Listen to your staff, give them a voice. and STOP micro-managing its demoralising. Be more transparent. Live up to your values and role-model
