    Pros

    People can be really friendly, agency look after you and the job is easy

    Cons

    Management, equality and diversity is a massive problem, the company have a high turn over on staff mainly because they get rid of anyone who not kissing managers butt or has one day off for any reason No progression managers keep you in the dark Covid 19 is a breeding ground and again will sack you if they don’t like you if you have to book a test and isolate

    Pros

    There are a lot of decent, well-meaning employees at Thetford. It's a fun industry to be in, with personal lifestyle connections to a lot of employees. There is a lot of potential to return to prominence if management can clearly define the mission and provide employees with clear direction and expectations. Compensation and benefits are fair.

    Cons

    The company is suffering from several years of heavy turnover. Long-time employees left and were either not replaced, or new hires were trained adequately or not at all. Processes and systems are decades out of date. If there is a medium-or long term plan, nobody seems to know what it is. Employees are in a perpetual state of putting out fires and covering their butts. Departments are understaffed. Cutting costs at the expense of quality is a recurring problem. Besides a couple of annual on-site lunches, the company is devoid of culture. Nothing is done to foster team building or personal growth. Diversity is non-existent on the corporate office.

    Not any pros that I can think of

    Cons

    Company that doesn't support it's employees or it's products. Would rather throw money at higher up supervisors than pay employees a fair wage. No room to move up unless you are a huge butt kisser and don't do your job.

    Pros

    Great place to work, good environment and friendly atmosphere. EXCELLENT benefits & pay.....once hired-in. A non-union company with better benefits than a union!! Work/life balance is good as well.

    None that I can think of......other than I no longer work there!

    If you're young they like you

    Don't stay there a long time, they get rid of anyone that is over 45 and who has been there a long time, no matter how loyal you are
