    Cons

    The place is very political and you succeed only if you know the right people. The culture is not as good as the advertising suggests.

    Great company that cares about the community

    Cons

    Management. This company was founded by friends. They want to work with friends. Those friends are your leaders. Doesn't make them bad, but not qualified. You get the job if you are friends with people. Deny this all you want but in my years there, friends are more than what you know. Never felt safe at my job the years I was there. Terrible leaders had less objective experience than me in my field. Amazing team, but don't believe all you hear on tours, holacracy isn't practiced at all like they show you in the videos. Holacracy and MBI do not work. Period.

    Great company culture, benefits, and perks. Good work environment, fun. Well paid.

    Cons

    No room for growth, managements plays favorites and gives you the run around when you want to express desire to move up.

    Pros

    They HAD the building blocks in the early years and used it to transform what a company could be. Not the case now :(

    Cons

    Strong leaders and investing in their employees were the bedrock of their early success. Holacracy brought about the worst in people and slowly chipped away at the fabric that once made them a great, sought-after, employer. In CLT (and likely other depts as well), many were promoted to positions based on popularity and who you know- talent and aptitude became a VERY distant second. These so-called leaders suck the life of their employees as I've heard so many unfortunate stories and have also seen first-hand their destruction. Shame.

    Benefits are amazing, there are constantly employee engagement and appreciation events happening. Generous discount on site.

    Cons

    You must be okay with extreme organizational changes and putting a lot of work into something that might be stopped abruptly. Could use stronger leadership throughout the company.
